Spring is upon us again! Here is our Playoff/Spring Prep programs. We have mid size groups for the spring, so spots go fast. These sessions are for maintenance for your playoff runs, spring hockey programs and just staying sharp in the spring months. Both female and male goaltenders are welcome in all sessions. Our WINTER programs are done.
Our SUMMER PROGRAMS AND CAMP schedule is now close to be finalized and will be out soon in the website calendar.
We are happy to announce that this summer, we will be having the 7th edition of our Eastern Ontario ARG ALL AGES Goalie/Multi sport camp in Cornwall. We will again do a double header, doing our first one as a 3 day camp at the beginning of July and then our second one at the beginning of August. This gives us benchmarks of where we are at in July and how far we have come by the time August rolls around.

ARG ALL-AGES Goalie Camp/Multisport camp
IMPORTANT INFO:
Camp dates coming, at the Benson Centre
3 day camp in July. 4 day Camp in August.
Cost for this camp will be out shortly
Activities: 1 hour of ice in the morning (skating) and 1 hour of ice in the afternoon (shooting and drills) and then all the activities/sports during the day. There will be multiple sports, video, yoga, off ice, cognitive training and more.
Days will run from approximately 8/830 - 4:15/4:30pm.
OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS
Our Summer Programs: Maintenance and LTG program (MONDAYS AT BENSON 615-715 ALL SUMMER), Early Risers (TBD), All Female (TBD) and 1.5hr Elite Details Sessions (THURSDAYS 615-745 AT BENSON ALL SUMMER) are being added to the website in the upcoming weeks. There may be adjustments, but they should be pretty close to those times. Keep your eyes peeled.
The Kinetic/ARG Invite Only Elite Summer Camp will be taking applications soon. We have switched to an application system.
